I built this version of the tool for my own use before I started publishing cleared-bonus walkthroughs — the math is the math I use myself.
How to Use the Calculator
Step 1 — Enter Your Deposit
Start with the amount you plan to deposit in EUR (or convert from your local currency at Pin Up's current rate — the math works identically in INR, BRL, RUB, whatever). The default €100 is the most common test case because Pin Up's 120% welcome bonus maxes out around €500 deposit so €100 is the middle of the sensible deposit range.
Step 2 — Pick Bonus Percentage
Pin Up's welcome bonus is 120%. Reload bonuses run 50%-100% depending on the promo. Enter whichever bonus you're actually planning to claim. The calculator computes your bonus amount automatically.
Step 3 — Confirm Wagering Multiplier
50x is the casino welcome bonus wagering. 10x is the sport bonus. 35x shows up occasionally on reload promos. Check the T&Cs for the specific promo you're claiming — don't assume 50x without verifying.
Step 4 — Choose Your Game Type
RTP: 96% is a reasonable average. 98% for Blood Suckers. 96.5% for most Pragmatic slots. 94% for older video poker variants. The calculator uses this to compute your expected loss over the total wagering volume — higher RTP = lower expected loss, longer session (because less money burns per spin on average).
Contribution %: most slots are 100%. Table games are 5%. Live dealer is 0%. If you pick a game that contributes less than 100%, your effective wagering required increases proportionally. Bet €1 on a 5% contribution table game and only €0.05 counts toward your wagering counter — meaning you'd need to wager 20× the baseline amount to clear the same bonus. I always default to 100% contribution slots for clearance runs.
What the Output Means
Total to Wager
The total amount of bets you need to place before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash. Formula: bonus_amount × wagering_multiplier / (contribution_percent / 100). For a €100 deposit with 120% bonus, 50x wagering, 100% contribution, this is €120 × 50 = €6,000.
Expected Loss at 96% RTP
The house edge applied to your total wagering volume. Formula: total_wager × (1 - RTP/100). At 96% RTP across €6,000 of wagering, expected loss is €240. That's the average of a wide distribution — your actual result will vary based on variance.
Recommended Game (Lowest Variance)
The calculator doesn't pick a specific game because it depends on availability, but my top picks for Pin Up bonus clearance in order of preference: Blood Suckers (98% RTP, low vol), 1429 Uncharted Seas (98.6% RTP, medium vol), Simsalabim (97.5% RTP, medium vol), Mega Joker (99% RTP, high vol — only if you have a bigger bankroll).
Estimated Session Length
Total wagering divided by average bet size gives number of spins. At 10–12 spins per minute, that's your session time. €6,000 / €1.50 = 4,000 spins = roughly 6 hours of continuous play. Break that into three 2-hour sessions across the 72-hour window and you're done.
Worked Examples Built In
Four common scenarios I've modeled personally:
€50 Deposit + 120% Bonus
€50 × 120% = €60 bonus. 50x × €60 = €3,000 total wagering. At 96% RTP, expected loss is €120. At €1.50 average bet size, about 2,000 spins, roughly 3 hours of play. Session timeline: one evening.
€100 Deposit + 120% Bonus (Default)
The baseline I show in the calculator. €6,000 wagering, €240 expected loss, 4,000 spins, ~6 hours across 3 days.
€200 Deposit + 100% Bonus
€200 × 100% = €200 bonus. 50x × €200 = €10,000 wagering. Expected loss €400. At €2 bet size (slightly higher because the bankroll supports it), 5,000 spins, ~7 hours of play. Tighter timeline than the €100 baseline because more wagering in the same 72 hours.
₹1000 Deposit + Free Spins
Free spins work differently — the 50x applies to winnings, not the spins themselves. Let's say the 250 free spins generate ₹1,500 in winnings. That means 50x × ₹1,500 = ₹75,000 total wagering required, all within 24 hours. At ₹30 average spin size, about 2,500 spins, 4 hours of play. The 24-hour clock is the hard part — if you can't commit an evening, skip the free spins promo.
The Math Behind the Calculator
The formulas are simple enough to hand-verify. For the casino welcome bonus:

That's the math. No hidden factor, no adjustment. The calculator is literally running these six lines. If you want to verify, pull out a spreadsheet and recompute — the numbers will match to the cent.
What This Calculator Doesn't Account For
The calculator tells you the average. Your actual session will swing — sometimes 30% above, sometimes 30% below. That's variance, not the calculator being wrong. If you want to model variance, run the calculator a thousand times in your head and pick the middle result. Or use Excel's random-number functions and simulate 10,000 sessions in a loop. Either way, the calculator output is the expected value, not a guarantee.
Bonus Abuse Detection
Pin Up flags accounts for "bonus abuse" in certain patterns — specifically, playing only high-variance slots right at the bet cap while clearing, or rapidly cycling deposits through the bonus system. The calculator assumes you're clearing in a normal way. If you're trying to maximize expected value via high-variance edge cases, read Pin Up's T&Cs for specific exclusions because they can and do void bonuses for pattern violations.
Game Variance Spikes
A 96% RTP slot has an average return of 96%, but individual sessions can swing wildly. I've had 1,000-spin sessions on Blood Suckers that returned 120% (big win on a scatter streak) and 78% (dry run with no features). Over 4,000 spins, variance smooths out and you converge toward the expected value, but individual €500-wagering sessions can diverge by ±20%. The calculator doesn't model this spread — it just gives you the expected value.
