These are the 25 questions I get most often about Pin Up wagering — in support threads, in email, in the Telegram channel from my blog. I've grouped them into five categories. Every answer is based on the current Pin Up T&Cs plus my own testing from 12 documented bonus clearances.

Bonus Basics (5 questions)

What's the Pin Up casino welcome bonus?

120% first-deposit bonus up to roughly €500 equivalent. Comes with 50x wagering on the bonus amount within 72 hours. Max bet €5 while wagering. A €100 deposit produces a €120 bonus and €6,000 total wagering target. See the full casino bonus breakdown.

What's the Pin Up sport welcome bonus?

100% first-deposit on sport up to €100. 10x wagering in 30 days. Minimum 1.6 odds per selection. 2-selection accumulators minimum. Easier math than the casino bonus because of the lower multiplier. See the sport bonus deep-dive.

How do I claim the bonus?

Deposit via the payment method of your choice, then opt in to the bonus from the Bonuses menu or the deposit confirmation screen. The 72-hour clock starts when you claim, not when you deposit — see the time limit page for how to use that delay strategically.

Can I claim more than one bonus?

Usually one welcome bonus per account for the first deposit. Reload bonuses and daily free spin promos stack on top of subsequent deposits. Sport and casino welcome bonuses are typically alternatives — you pick one, not both. Check the current promo page for specifics.

What's the minimum deposit for the welcome bonus?

€10 equivalent in local currency, typically. Smaller deposits produce smaller bonuses — 120% of €10 is €12 bonus with €600 of wagering. Still doable but tight on the 72-hour window. €50–€100 is the sweet spot for most players.

Wagering Math (5 questions)

How is wagering calculated?

Bonus amount times wagering multiplier. €120 bonus × 50x = €6,000 total wagering required. Pin Up uses bonus-only (not bonus+deposit) which is the more generous structure. See the calculator for your specific scenario.

Does deposit money count toward wagering?

On Pin Up, no. The 50x applies to bonus only. Your deposit money is separate from the wagering requirement — you can withdraw it (minus what you've already wagered) at any time, subject to forfeiting the bonus. The structure is cleaner than D+B casinos.

What RTP should I use for planning?

96% is a reasonable baseline for most Pin Up slots. Top-RTP slots (Blood Suckers at 98%, 1429 Uncharted Seas at 98.6%, Mega Joker at 99%) run higher. Lower-tier slots run closer to 94–95%. The calculator lets you model different RTPs to see how expected loss shifts.

How do I find a game's RTP?

Most slots publish RTP in the in-game info panel accessed via the settings gear icon. For provider-verified RTP, check the provider's website (NetEnt, Pragmatic Play). Some slots have "reduced RTP" variants at Pin Up — verify the version you're playing matches the published number by comparing the info panel to the provider's spec sheet.

Can I play table games during wagering?

Yes, but it's a waste of time. Table games contribute 5%, so you'd need 20× the wagering volume compared to slots. €120,000 on blackjack to clear a €6,000 bonus target = effectively impossible inside a 72-hour window. Stick to 100% contribution slots. See the contribution table.

Time Limits (5 questions)

How long do I have to clear the casino bonus?

72 hours from the moment you claim. Not from deposit — from claim. You can deposit now and delay claiming until you're ready to start playing, giving you a fresh 72 hours from your chosen start moment. The default UI pushes immediate claim but the T&Cs allow delay.

What happens if I run out of time?

Bonus and any winnings from it are forfeit. Original deposit stays but anything generated from bonus play is zeroed. No partial credit, no appeal, no extension. Plan the session before claiming, not after. See the time limit page.

When does the sport bonus 30-day clock start?

Same rule as casino — at the moment you claim the bonus, not the deposit. 30 days is way more forgiving than 72 hours but still a real deadline. Place 3–4 accumulators per week across 2–3 weeks and you'll finish comfortably.

Do free spins use a different clock?

Yes. 24 hours from the moment the free spins finish settling into your account. 50x wagering on the winnings within 24 hours — the tightest window on Pin Up. Don't claim free spins unless you can play within the next day. See free spins wagering.

Can I pause the clearance and resume later?

No. The clock runs continuously once claimed. You can stop playing and resume whenever you want within the window but the clock doesn't pause. 72 hours is 72 wall-clock hours, not 72 hours of active play. Budget your time accordingly.

Game Contribution (5 questions)

Which slots contribute 100%?

Most standard slots from NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Microgaming, and Yggdrasil. Exceptions: progressive jackpot slots, bonus-buy variants, and a handful of specific titles. My top 5 for bonus clearance (all 100%): Blood Suckers, 1429 Uncharted Seas, Simsalabim, 888 Gold, Mega Joker. Full contribution table.

Which games don't count at all?

Live dealer games, progressive jackpot slots (Mega Moolah, Mega Fortune), bonus-buy slots (Sweet Bonanza Bonus Buy, Wanted Dead or a Wild Bonus Buy), video poker, scratch cards. See the forbidden games page for the full category list. Playing these during wagering is pure burn rate with no progress.

Do bonus buys count?

No. Bonus-buy features are excluded from wagering contribution. The regular version of the same slot usually counts 100%, but the bonus-buy variant doesn't count at all. Make sure you're on the correct version — titles with "Bonus Buy" in the name are the excluded ones.

Why are table games only 5%?

Because table games have lower house edge than slots, so operators can't afford to subsidize wagering at 100%. 5% is the industry standard for table game contribution. It's not specific to Pin Up — most operators use the same 5% (or 10%) rate for the same reason.

Is there a list of excluded slot titles?

Yes, on the forbidden games page. Most common exclusions: Mega Moolah, Mega Fortune, Hall of Gods, Sweet Bonanza Bonus Buy, Wanted Dead or a Wild Bonus Buy, and all video poker variants. Check before you commit a session.

When Things Go Wrong (5 questions)

My bonus was voided — why?

Three common reasons: exceeded the €5 max bet rule once during wagering, played an excluded game with enough pattern to trigger auto-detection, or missed the time limit. All three have the same outcome: bonus and winnings zeroed, no appeal. See max-bet rule for the most common violation.

Can I appeal a voided bonus?

Rarely successful. Support will cite the T&C clause and decline reinstatement. The one scenario where appeals sometimes work is currency conversion edge cases on the max-bet rule — but that's the exception, not the rule. Most violations are non-appealable.

What if my internet drops mid-session?

The clock keeps running. Reconnect as soon as possible and resume. Any bets that were in-flight when you disconnected are either completed or refunded based on slot-specific rules — most NetEnt and Pragmatic slots handle disconnects cleanly without voiding the spin.

Can I withdraw partially during clearance?

Yes but it forfeits the bonus. Pin Up treats withdrawal during active wagering as cancellation — you get your deposit back minus whatever you've already wagered but the bonus and bonus-derived winnings are voided. Almost always better to finish the clearance rather than withdraw partially.

Is the 50x industry standard?

No. Industry median for casino welcome bonuses in 2026 is around 35–40x. Pin Up's 50x is on the aggressive end. Paired with the generous 120% bonus percentage (most competitors offer 100%), the net deal is comparable but the wagering is stricter than median. Know what you're signing up for.
